Panama City Beach, Florida, is home to the best high school and middle school band festival in America...The Festival of Champions! The 2007 festival will be held on April 17-20 & April 24-27 Contest categories include concert band, orchestra, parade, jazz and auxillary.

Panama City Beach Festival of Champions

All concert performances will be held at the Arnold High School Fine Arts Center.
