Add or Modify Your Business Listing
Add a Business Listing to the TripSmarter.Com Directory
Registered Members:
If you have already registered with us, make sure you have your
username and password ready and click
here to add a listing.
Need to register?
If you have not registered with us, you will need to register before
you can submit a listing. Click
here and look near the bottom of the page for the "register"
link. After you register (it only takes a minute), you will be redirected
to the page where you may add your listing. If you are not redirected
to the proper page after you register, please return to this page
and click the link above to add your listing.
Lost Password?
If you have forgotten your password, click
here and look near the bottom of the page for the "email
it to you" link. After you receive your password, return to
this page and click here to add your listing.
Modify or Update an Existing Business Listing in our Directory
If you have already submitted a business listing and wish
to update or modify your listing, please follow these instructions
(note: a listing can only be modified by the Member who submitted
it):
1. Navigate to the page on which your listing appears
in our
directory
2. Make sure you are logged in (there is a login
box near the top of every directory page)
3. Once you've found your listing, look just below
your listing description for the "Update your listing"
link
4. Click the link, make your modifications and
click the submit button.
If you don't see the "Update your listing" link, make
sure you are logged in (there is a login box near the top of every
directory page)
If you are logged in and still don't see the link, it may be possible
that you don't "own" the listing you wish to modify. A
listing can only be modified by the Member who submitted it.
If you are an official representative of the business whose listing
you wish to modify and are still having problems, email
us at webteam@TripSmarter.Com
and we will contact you with more information.
New Listing or Recent Modifications Not Showing?
Our Webteam has to approve and validate all new submissions and
modifications. You will receive an email notification when your
listing or modification has been approved. During normal business
hours, validation usually happens within a couple minutes, but can
take up to 2-3 hours under certain circumstances. On nights, weekends
and holidays, validation will take longer. If your new listing or
recent modifications are not showing after 48 hours, please email
us: webteam@TripSmarter.Com.
Having Problems? Need Help?
If you are having problems submitting a new listing or making modifications
to your exisiting listing, please email us: webteam@TripSmarter.Com.
During normal business hours, we usually respond within a couple
minutes, but a response can take up to 2-3 hours under certain circumstances.
On nights, weekends and holidays, response time will take longer.
